Pan Pacific Perth’s signature High Tea returns in Monty’s Restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day, with every Mum receiving a complimentary Chandon Garden Spritz cocktail on arrival.
Celebrate Mum this Mother's Day with a High Tea filled with fine food and vibrant cocktails including Chandon's Garden Spritz. Available on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 May, from 12:30pm guests are invited to celebrate the special women in their lives. Grandmothers, mothers, wife, sisters, aunts, mother figures and adopted mums.
Head Pastry Chef Sai Jetty and his team have created an elegant menu highlighting the vibrant flavours of the season. Guests will enjoy three tiers of sweet and savoury delights, indulging in a sweet plate of pink pearl meringue with raspberry compote, an exotic mango cheesecake, delightful stone fruit yoghurt panna cotta, and, strawberry and basil cheesecake with almond balsamic sponge. Freshly baked cinnamon and fig scones with cream and jam. And a mouthwatering savoury selection of danish fetta and beetroot arancini, smoked salmon mini brioche, refreshing cucumber and dill cream pinwheel and Chef’s signature spiced chicken sandwich.
To complement the flavourful sweet and savoury delights, the hotel’s experienced mixologists have designed a vibrant cocktail menu. This indulgent cocktail menu features Chandon’s Garden Spritz, garnished with orange and rosemary.
Mother’s Day High Tea includes free-flowing tea and freshly brewed coffee at AUD75, plus an inviting and colourful cocktail menu will be available for purchase on the day, including sparkling, white and red wine.
