Latin Grammy nominee producer and Jazz guitarist Albare just met chart success for the second consecutive year in the US JazzWeek Charts with the second tribute album to Antonio Carlos "Tom" Jobim: Albare Plays Jobim Vol 2 ...

Albare returns to the stage for the first time since the start of COVID to perform with this all-star lineup.

The Jazz Alchemists

Trumpeter Mat Jodrell, one of the most exciting voices in Jazz today just returned to Australia after spending 8 years in New York. Mat has performed with the likes of Benny Golson, Ron Carter, Herbie Hancock, Carl Allen, Bill Watrous and Gary Bartz to name but a few.

On bass Phil Rex. Phil has toured extensively with Albare in 2013-14, you can hear Phil's bass on Albare's "Dream Time" album recorded 2015. Like his teacher, the late Ray Brown, Phil has an infectious downbeat that gets the audience to actively listen and more often than not, get off their chairs.

On piano from Pittsburg Grammy Nominee Brett Williams. You may have seen Brett on tour with Marcus Miller, and has performed with greats including Stevie Wonder, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Mumford and Sons, Billy Joel, Chris Thile, Mino Cinelu, Kevin Garrett, Snarky Puppy to name but a few.

On drums Felix Bloxsom, long time resident of Los Angeles and New York. Along his journey Felix has toured and recorded with greats such as Sia, Mika, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Empire Of The Sun, Bob Moses, Barney McAll and many more.
